HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

You can order online through our secure website or you can fax us at 480-677-3755. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover credit cards throuh Paypal. Just fill out the online order form and send it back with your credit/debit card information.

Pay Pal payment is available for your convenience.
UNDELIVERABLE AND REFUSED PACKAGES
If a delivery is refused for any reason, or considered undeliverable due to an invalid shipping address you will be responsible for the shipping and handling fees.
REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Email: customerservice@thepaintedkettle.com to obtain a return authorization number.All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise can be returned for refund or exchange. Food products and candy are not returnable. Opened tea is not returnable. All tea items must be in new condition and contain all original product packaging.
When returning the product(s), please include your name, address, order number, and return authorization number on a separate piece of paper. Please note: we cannot refund shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error.

From time to time there may be information on our web site or in our product fliers that contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. The Painted Kettle reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
SHIPPING
Remember to include shipping costs when sending a faxed order.
To do this, simply add the items you wish to order to your online shopping cart. When you are finished shopping, click the SHOPPING CART link in the top navigation to view your cart. From the shopping cart page you can choose the shipping method you want and calculate the shipping costs. Indicate on your order form which shipping method you chose and the shipping cost.
Most orders usually ship by the end of the next business day including overnight and rush shipments. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. We ship to all US States, US Territories, and to Canada only.
Orders over $75.00 qualify for FREE Shipping Within the Continental USA. This applies to UPS Ground, First Class and Priority Mail. We reserve the right to choose the shipping method based on cost.
Free shipping does not apply to custom items.
